Ride for Habitat – new date confirmed

A new date has been confirmed for the Fourth Annual Ride for Habitat, an industry motorcycle ride held annually in southern Ontario to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.

This year’s event with take place on Sept. 14, with rides starting in Toronto (Vaughan), Kitchener/Waterloo, Hamilton/Milton and Belleville/Peterborough. After a ride through scenic countryside, the riders will congregate for lunch at Centennial Park near the town of Innisfil, Ont., just south of Barrie.

Last year about 70 riders raised $18,000 for Habitat for Humanity.
