These are just some of the initiatives that we have added to the roster. We have also opened up our lines of communication with our current customers (friends) and to the public. We feel the need to have an open, trustworthy and honest dialogue with everyone in the Waterloo and Wellington region which, is why we have made significant improvements online. We have added social media into our mix as well as encourage testimonials and reviews because we want to hear the feedback from you.
